This rich chocolate cake is brushed with cherry liqueur, filled with sour cherry compote, cherry swirled in whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate ganache. Hmmmm…it’s so so good! One of our favourites. We covered this deliciousness with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, covered in chocolate shards, topped with maraschino cherries and a chocolate ganache drip.
