The Secrets of Making the Perfect French Macarons
This legendary small round pastry, made from almond meringue, is perfect for every occasion. Macarons are rounded pastries with a crisp shell and a soft interior. They are made from ground almonds, sugar and egg whites.
To bring this luxury pastry within your reach, Fruitilicious cakes invites you to take part in a three hour macaron workshop in our studio.
This is the perfect setting in which to try making one of France’s most popular pastries.
You will be immersed in the world of macarons; by the end of the workshop, the technique for making them will no longer hold any secrets for you.
To achieve this, the participants are guided by, and receive invaluable step-by-step advice from our pastry Chefs.
Flavours such as passionfruit, chocolate, salted caramel, vanilla, strawberry and pistachio will be provided as filling for the macarons.
Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
Apron, tea towel and utensils will be provided by Fruitilicious Cakes
During the day of the short course, you will benefit of 15 % discount towards the purchase of any of our products.
The end time of the course depends on the number of participants.
