Our tiramisu cake is made using our mouse vanilla sponge cake brushed with coffee syrup, filled with layered of whipped ladyfingers coffee chantilly cream, mascarpone cream and dusted with cocoa powder. The cake is covered in vanilla based Swiss meringue buttercream and topped with dusted cocoa power, buttercream kisses and chocolate coffee beans and marble chocolate triangles.
